Put the ground beef, onions, and green peppers into a big pan. Cook until the beef isn’t pink anymore and the veggies are soft. Get rid of any extra grease before moving on.

Pour the sloppy joe sauce into the pan and stir it all up until everything is coated. Warm it for a few minutes until you see it bubbling gently.

Stir the cooked pasta into the pan, making sure it’s all evenly mixed with the sauce.

Toss in about 1 to 1½ cups of shredded cheddar and mix it in until it melts completely.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Keep the heat low or cover the pan to melt it. Sprinkle parsley on top if you’d like before serving.
