Hearty Joe Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Items

01 - 16 ounces cooked rotini pasta
02 - 30 ounces (two 15-ounce cans) of sloppy joe sauce
03 - 1 pound of ground beef

→ Veggie Options

04 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped small
05 - 1 small diced onion

→ Cheesy Toppings

06 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided up

# Instructions:

01 - Put the ground beef, onions, and green peppers into a big pan. Cook until the beef isn’t pink anymore and the veggies are soft. Get rid of any extra grease before moving on.
02 - Pour the sloppy joe sauce into the pan and stir it all up until everything is coated. Warm it for a few minutes until you see it bubbling gently.
03 - Stir the cooked pasta into the pan, making sure it’s all evenly mixed with the sauce.
04 - Toss in about 1 to 1½ cups of shredded cheddar and mix it in until it melts completely.
05 - Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Keep the heat low or cover the pan to melt it. Sprinkle parsley on top if you’d like before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to use your favorite type of pasta.
02 - Veggies can be left out, but they add a nice flavor!
03 - This freezes great for enjoying later.
