Homemade Bagel Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - ½ cup marinara or your favorite pizza sauce
03 - 4 bagels, split in half

→ Toppings

04 - Dried oregano, for sprinkling
05 - Freshly cracked black pepper, for sprinkling
06 - 2 oz pancetta, cooked to crispy
07 - 12 slices pepperoni, chopped into small pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat up to 400°F. Move the oven rack to the top section. Lay some parchment paper on a baking sheet. Keep it ready to use.
02 - Split your bagels. Apply about a spoonful of sauce onto the cut side. Sprinkle each with around an ounce of cheese. Add pepperoni and pancetta over the cheese layer, then dust lightly with oregano and pepper. Feel free to top with more cheese. Place everything on the prepared pan and repeat with the remaining bagels.
03 - Pop the bagels into the hot oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is gooey and melted.

# Notes:

01 - To freeze, lay the assembled bagels flat on a baking tray with parchment, and freeze them solid for 1 to 2 hours.
02 - Once frozen, move the bagels into a sealed freezer bag. They’ll keep well for up to a month.
03 - To warm frozen bagels, bake at 350°F until the cheese is melted and they’re hot.
