Thai Iced Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 cups water
02 - ½ cup Thai tea mix
03 - 1 cup half and half
04 - ¾ cup granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Heat water in a pot until it starts boiling. Take it off the stove, toss in tea, and give it a quick stir.
02 - Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes, then pour in sugar and keep stirring till it melts.
03 - Run tea through a strainer into a pitcher and leave it in the fridge to cool down.
04 - Pack a glass with ice, pour over tea until it's mostly full, then drizzle 2 to 4 tablespoons of half and half. Stir gently and enjoy.
