Heat water in a pot until it starts boiling. Take it off the stove, toss in tea, and give it a quick stir.

Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes, then pour in sugar and keep stirring till it melts.

Run tea through a strainer into a pitcher and leave it in the fridge to cool down.

Pack a glass with ice, pour over tea until it's mostly full, then drizzle 2 to 4 tablespoons of half and half. Stir gently and enjoy.
