Start by putting chopped onion and parsley into your food processor. Use the pulse setting until both are very finely minced.

In a big bowl, toss in your ground beef, minced onion and parsley, plus all the seasonings. Use your hands to work everything together until the mix feels evenly combined.

Grab a bit of the mixture and shape it around a skewer using your hands. The thickness should be around 1 to 1 1/2 inches.

Set up your charcoal or gas grill. For gas, preheat it to medium-high and oil the grates. Get your skewers on the grill, cooking for about 4 minutes per side or until done all the way through.

Serve them hot right away.
