King Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium yellow onion, chopped into small pieces
02 - 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
03 - 2 Tbsp. of cooking oil
04 - 12 corn tortillas, ripped into 1-inch chunks
05 - 2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
06 - 1 (10.5-oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
07 - 2 cups of cooked chicken, chopped
08 - 1 (10.5-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
09 - 1 (10-oz.) can tomatoes with green chiles (like Rotel)
10 - 1/4 tsp. of salt (use kosher if you have it)
11 - 1 tsp. of chili powder
12 - 2 little dashes of garlic powder
13 - 2 tiny sneezes of black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up a big skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the onion and bell pepper until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in the chicken, soups, tomatoes, and all spices. Turn off the heat.
02 - Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan lightly. Place a layer of tortilla pieces at the bottom, then spread one-third of the chicken mixture on top, and sprinkle with some cheese. Do the same steps two more times.
03 - Put the casserole in the oven at 350°F and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
