Tear biscuits into big pieces. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper after greasing it, or grab some foil if rolling instead.

Mix condensed milk, cocoa powder, and melted butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add biscuit chunks and gently toss to coat.

Put the mixture into your lined loaf pan, or roll it into a log with foil. Freeze for 2–3 hours to firm it up.

Once it’s solid, cut it into pieces and dig in. Keep the leftover slices in your freezer for later.
