Lazy Cake Easy Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packages of Marie biscuits (36 pieces, 180g), or swap with digestive biscuits or graham crackers
02 - Half a cup (100g) of melted butter
03 - 6 tablespoons cocoa powder, choose natural or Dutch-process
04 - 200g (7oz) of sweetened condensed milk, about half a can

# Instructions:

01 - Tear biscuits into big pieces. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper after greasing it, or grab some foil if rolling instead.
02 - Mix condensed milk, cocoa powder, and melted butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add biscuit chunks and gently toss to coat.
03 - Put the mixture into your lined loaf pan, or roll it into a log with foil. Freeze for 2–3 hours to firm it up.
04 - Once it’s solid, cut it into pieces and dig in. Keep the leftover slices in your freezer for later.
