Turn your oven on to 200°C (400°F) or 180°C (350°F) if you’re using a fan setting. Set up a baking tray with a layer of parchment paper.

Grab a large bowl and toss in the flour and yogurt. Use a spoon to stir until the mixture comes together like big flakes. Then, knead with your hands for about a minute or two until it’s smooth and soft.

Sprinkle some flour on your counter. Flatten the dough to about 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick using a rolling pin. Cut out circles with a big cup or cookie cutter. Squash the leftover bits together and repeat until you’ve used it all.

Set the dough circles onto the lined baking tray. Spread a layer of tomato paste over each one. Add a handful of mozzarella, then finish with some pepperoni slices.

Pop the tray in the oven for 12–14 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the base has turned golden. Let them cool down a bit right on the tray before you dig in.
