01 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
02 - 1 packet ranch seasoning blend
03 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder
05 - 1 cup of heavy cream
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 cup of Parmesan, grated
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
09 - Salt and pepper, as preferred
10 - 1/2 cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
11 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Warm some olive oil in a big pan over medium heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken and cook each side for about 2-3 minutes—get a golden color.
02 - Lay the chicken breasts into the crockpot.
03 - Grab a small bowl and stir together the ranch mix, heavy cream, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
04 - Pour that creamy mixture right on top of the chicken sitting in the slow cooker.
05 - Spread the grated Parmesan and diced sun-dried tomatoes over it all.
06 - Put the lid on and let it cook low and slow for 4-6 hours, until the chicken is really tender.
07 - Pair your juicy chicken with veggies, pasta, or some fluffy rice for a satisfying meal.
