Marry Me Tuscan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 teaspoons all-purpose seasoning mix
02 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
04 - 2 pounds organic chicken breast fillets

→ Sauce

05 - 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
06 - 1-2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes
07 - 1½ cups heavy cream (organic preferred)
08 - ½ freshly squeezed lemon
09 - 1 cup kale leaves, chopped
10 - 3 tablespoons cooking white wine
11 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
12 - 1 tablespoon tomato paste (organic)
13 - 4 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
14 - 1½ tablespoons Tuscan-inspired seasoning mix
15 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
16 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
17 - 1 cup chicken stock or broth

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle the chicken with salt and seasoning blend. Toss well, then leave it for 5-10 minutes to absorb flavors.
02 - Melt butter and sauté garlic until you smell it. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, then take out and set it aside.
03 - Using the same pan, add olive oil, spices, and tomato paste. Stir in the cream, broth, lemon juice, and wine. Mix in parmesan until the sauce thickens.
04 - Add tomatoes and kale to the sauce. Put the chicken back and simmer for 15-20 minutes, spooning sauce on the chicken regularly.
