Marshmallow Chocolate Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Mix

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 2 cups plain flour
04 - 3/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened

→ Creamy Mix

05 - 1 1/2 cups white sugar
06 - 1 cup softened butter (unsalted)
07 - 2 eggs, large and at room temp
08 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla

→ Filling

09 - 1 cup marshmallow cream

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, stir together salt, soda, cocoa, and flour until evenly blended.
02 - Use an electric mixer to whip the butter and sugar together for 3-4 minutes till it looks airy and pale.
03 - Mix in vanilla and eggs, one by one, making sure each is fully incorporated.
04 - Slowly combine the dry bowl into the wet mixture. Stop mixing once it just comes together. Chill for at least an hour.
05 - Scoop into balls, press indents, add marshmallow fluff, and swirl it around. Pop in the oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Wait 5 minutes before moving cookies to a rack.
02 - A second dollop of marshmallow can be added mid-bake.
03 - Handle dough gently to avoid making it tough.
