Set your oven to 350°F to get it nice and warm.

Toss the meat, stuffing mix, eggs, water, and half the ketchup into a big bowl. Get in there and combine 'em well.

Press the mixture into a greased loaf pan. No loaf pan? No problem—shape it by hand onto a foil-lined baking sheet, turning up the foil edges to catch the drippings.

Spread the other half of the ketchup on top. Want to mix it up? Swap for BBQ or chili sauce, or even mix a few together.

Pop it in the oven for 45-50 minutes. Make sure the center hits 160°F before pulling it out.

Let your meatloaf chill for about five minutes before slicing it up. Pair it with mashed potatoes or your choice of sides.
