Turkey Melt Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwich Fixings

01 - 2 tablespoons creamy butter, softened
02 - 4 crispy bacon strips, cooked
03 - 1 medium red tomato, sliced super thin
04 - ½ cup fresh baby spinach leaves
05 - 4 slices oven-roasted turkey from the deli
06 - 2 slices white cheddar cheese, halved
07 - 2 tablespoons sweet honey mustard
08 - 4 pieces sourdough bread

# Instructions:

01 - Put your bread slices on the counter. Smear some honey mustard evenly on each one. Slice the cheese in half.
02 - Follow the order—layer cheese, turkey slices, tomato slices, spinach leaves, and bacon between the bread.
03 - Spread butter across the outer sides of each slice so they'll toast evenly.
04 - Pop the sandwiches in a skillet on medium heat and cook for around 3-4 minutes per side until the bread turns golden and the cheese gets gooey.
05 - Take them off the heat, plate them, and serve while they're still hot.

# Notes:

01 - Freshly cut cheese makes it taste even better.
02 - Swap ingredients to make it dairy-free, if needed.
