Mint Chocolate No Baking (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

β†’ Oreo Cookie Base

01 - 6 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
02 - 20 crushed Oreo cookies

β†’ Minty Chocolate Filling

03 - 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping, partially thawed
04 - 3-4 drops of green food dye
05 - 5 milk chocolate Hershey bars (1.55 oz each)
06 - ΒΌ teaspoon mint flavoring

β†’ Toppings

07 - 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
08 - 1 cup of heavy cream
09 - 3 crushed candy canes
10 - 3 crushed Oreo cookies

# Instructions:

01 - Grind Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor, then stir in melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie pan, covering both the base and sides evenly.
02 - Warm up the chocolate using a microwave or a double boiler. Take two bowls of whipped cream. Mix the melted chocolate into one of them until smooth.
03 - In the other whipped topping bowl, mix in the green food coloring and mint until blended evenly.
04 - Spread the chocolate filling over the Oreo crust. Add the mint mixture on top of the chocolate layer. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours, or freeze it for about 2 hours.
05 - Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks appear. Pipe along the edges of the pie, then sprinkle crushed candy canes and Oreos on top before serving.
