Using short 10-second bursts in the microwave, melt together the butter and broken-up chocolate. Stir between bursts until silky smooth.

In one bowl, mix together salt, flour, and sugar. Beat the eggs and yolks in another. Slowly whisk everything into the melted chocolate until well blended.

Fill each ramekin evenly with batter. Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes. The edges should be set, but the center will still be soft.
