# Ingredients:

01 - 170g (6 ounces) good-quality semi-sweet chocolate
02 - 113g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
03 - 31g (1/4 cup) plain flour
04 - 60g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
05 - Pinch of salt (about 1/8 teaspoon)
06 - 2 whole eggs, large
07 - 2 extra-large egg yolks

08 - Scoop of ice cream
09 - Chocolate drizzle
10 - Fresh fruit like berries

# Instructions:

01 - Coat four small (6-ounce) ramekins with non-stick spray, then sprinkle over some cocoa powder. Set oven to 425°F and let it heat up.
02 - Using short 10-second bursts in the microwave, melt together the butter and broken-up chocolate. Stir between bursts until silky smooth.
03 - In one bowl, mix together salt, flour, and sugar. Beat the eggs and yolks in another. Slowly whisk everything into the melted chocolate until well blended.
04 - Fill each ramekin evenly with batter. Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes. The edges should be set, but the center will still be soft.
05 - Let the cakes rest for a minute before flipping onto plates. Top with your favorite add-ons and enjoy right away.
