Take a slice of bread, layer with Swiss cheese and turkey, another slice of bread, then some ham and cheddar, finishing with a third slice on top. Wrap it tight in plastic, cut diagonally, and chill for a few hours.

Mix your flour, salt, and baking powder in one bowl. Stir water and eggs in another, then whisk together until smooth and lump-free.

Fill a big pot with two inches of oil and heat it up to reach 325-350°F.

Coat the sandwich halves in batter and fry them for 4-5 minutes till they’re crispy and golden. Lay them down on paper towels to soak up excess oil.

Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top and enjoy with raspberry preserves, or try adding honey mustard if you'd like.
