Stir together turkey, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, and seasonings in a big bowl. Mix until everything's even.

Grab a handful of mix, flatten it, tuck mozzarella in the middle, and roll into a ball. Keep going until it's all used up.

Warm up oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook the balls for 2-3 minutes per side to brown them.
