Stuffed Turkey Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 pound ground turkey
05 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, shredded
06 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
07 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 cup spinach, diced

→ Stuffing and Cooking

10 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
11 - 1 cup mozzarella, cubed (or 12 small balls)

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together turkey, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, and seasonings in a big bowl. Mix until everything's even.
02 - Grab a handful of mix, flatten it, tuck mozzarella in the middle, and roll into a ball. Keep going until it's all used up.
03 - Warm up oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook the balls for 2-3 minutes per side to brown them.
04 - Lay meatballs on a tray with parchment paper and bake at 375°F. After 15-20 minutes, check they hit 165°F inside.
