Parm Cheese Chicken Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup tangy marinara sauce
02 - ½ cup smooth cottage cheese
03 - 1 cup crispy breaded chicken breast, sliced into small chunks

04 - 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
05 - ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
06 - A few fresh basil leaves, torn up if they’re too big

# Instructions:

01 - Spread the cottage cheese across the bottom of a bowl, making a nice, thick base layer.
02 - Put the warm chicken chunks on top of the cottage cheese. Drizzle the marinara all over the chicken pieces.
03 - Scatter the mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Toss on the basil leaves. Serve it up right away while it’s still warm.
