Hibiscus Pineapple Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Blend

01 - 1 cup chilled hibiscus tea
02 - 1 cup coconut water
03 - 1 lime, juiced
04 - Ice cubes as needed
05 - 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen

→ Toppings

06 - Optional: Mint or sage leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Let 2-3 tea bags or a handful of loose hibiscus flowers steep in hot water for about 5-10 minutes. Pop it in the fridge to cool down fully.
02 - Toss the cooled hibiscus tea, pineapple, coconut water, lime juice, and ice into your blender. Blend until it’s super smooth and foamy.
03 - Take a sip. If you want it less sweet or more tangy, throw in extra lime juice or pineapple.
04 - Pour the mix into your serving glasses. Add some mint or sage leaves on top if you like.

# Notes:

01 - You can make this and keep it refrigerated for up to a day.
02 - Blending frozen pineapple makes it thicker.
