Let 2-3 tea bags or a handful of loose hibiscus flowers steep in hot water for about 5-10 minutes. Pop it in the fridge to cool down fully.

Toss the cooled hibiscus tea, pineapple, coconut water, lime juice, and ice into your blender. Blend until it’s super smooth and foamy.

Take a sip. If you want it less sweet or more tangy, throw in extra lime juice or pineapple.

Pour the mix into your serving glasses. Add some mint or sage leaves on top if you like.
