# Ingredients:

→ Creamy Topping

01 - 3 tbsp milk
02 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
04 - 2 cups powdered sugar
05 - 1/2 cup butter, softened

→ Pink Pancakes

06 - 2-3 drops pink gel food coloring
07 - 2 tbsp sugar
08 - 1 cup milk
09 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
10 - 1/4 tsp salt
11 - 1 large egg
12 - 2 tsp baking powder
13 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
14 - Sprinkles (optional)
15 - 1 tsp baking soda

# Instructions:

01 - Start with butter and cream cheese. Blend until creamy, then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour in milk little by little until it’s the right thickness.
02 - In a big bowl, toss in the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir it all together.
03 - Push the dry mix aside to form a pocket. Crack in the egg, pour in milk, drizzle oil, then include food coloring. Stir lightly. Add sprinkles last if using.
04 - Spoon out batter (1/4 cup per pancake) onto a hot pan over medium heat. Wait for bubbles (about 2 mins), then flip and cook another 1-2 mins till golden.

# Notes:

01 - Splash in strawberry puree or extract for fruity flair.
02 - Add more milk or powdered sugar to fine-tune frosting texture.
03 - Don’t stir the batter too much—keeps things fluffy!
