Pepperoni Pizza Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sliders

01 - 12-count pack of Hawaiian sweet rolls
02 - 6 slices of provolone cheese
03 - 4 ounces of pepperoni slices
04 - 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Garlic Butter

05 - ½ cup melted butter
06 - 3 minced garlic cloves (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
07 - 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano (or ½ tsp dried)
08 - ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

→ For Serving

09 - Warmed marinara for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 350°F. Line a 9x13 pan with foil and coat it lightly with spray oil.
02 - Microwave butter until it’s melted. Stir in oregano, chili flakes, and garlic.
03 - Cut the rolls horizontally into two whole layers without separating them. Place the bottom in the pan.
04 - Spread 1/3 of the garlic butter on the rolls’ base. Add provolone, then pepperoni, followed by mozzarella. Put the top layer of rolls back on.
05 - Coat the top of the rolls with the remaining garlic butter.
06 - Cover the pan with foil and bake for 20-22 minutes until the cheese is gooey. Remove foil and bake for another 3-5 minutes uncovered.
07 - Slice it up and enjoy while warm. Don’t forget the marinara for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Foil lining makes cleanup easier—don’t forget to coat it with spray.
02 - Keep the rolls together when slicing through them.
