Turn the oven on to 350°F. Line a 9x13 pan with foil and coat it lightly with spray oil.

Microwave butter until it’s melted. Stir in oregano, chili flakes, and garlic.

Cut the rolls horizontally into two whole layers without separating them. Place the bottom in the pan.

Spread 1/3 of the garlic butter on the rolls’ base. Add provolone, then pepperoni, followed by mozzarella. Put the top layer of rolls back on.

Coat the top of the rolls with the remaining garlic butter.

Cover the pan with foil and bake for 20-22 minutes until the cheese is gooey. Remove foil and bake for another 3-5 minutes uncovered.

Slice it up and enjoy while warm. Don’t forget the marinara for dipping.
