Queso Steak Meal (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
02 - 1 lb steak, cut into thin slices
03 - Salt and pepper, for seasoning
04 - 2 cups of cooked white rice
05 - 1 cup queso-style cheese sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic seasoning

→ Optional Toppings

08 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
09 - 1/2 cup finely diced tomatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Pour olive oil into a big pan and warm it up over medium heat. Toss in the steak slices and sprinkle on garlic powder, chili powder, and some salt and pepper. Let it cook until the beef turns golden and soft, about 5 to 7 minutes.
02 - Turn the heat down low, then drizzle the queso sauce over the steak. Stir everything together until the beef is covered and the sauce is hot.
03 - Toss the prepared rice into the pan and stir well, so the queso sauce and steak mix in nicely.
04 - For an extra kick of freshness, you can mix in some chopped tomatoes.
05 - Dish it out while it's warm. Sprinkle some cilantro on top if you'd like.
