Raspberry Donuts Baked (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Donuts

01 - ¾ cup sugar
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
06 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
07 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
09 - ½ cup milk
10 - 2 large eggs
11 - 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

→ Glaze

12 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
13 - 2 tablespoons fresh raspberries
14 - ½ cup powdered sugar
15 - 1-2 teaspoons milk

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and get your donut pan ready with a bit of grease. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
02 - In a big bowl, blend all the wet ingredients together. Slowly add the dry mix and stir until just combined. Gently fold raspberries in at the end.
03 - Pour batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ of the way. Bake them for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden. Let them sit in the pan for 5 minutes before cooling.
04 - Blend raspberries into a puree, then strain to remove seeds. Mix the puree with powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until it’s smooth and the thickness you like.
05 - Dip the donuts (once cooled) into the glaze, then set them aside for 10 minutes so the glaze firms up.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh or frozen raspberries work fine
02 - Mix batter gently—don’t overdo it
03 - Add more milk to thin out glaze if needed
