Santa Hat Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
02 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 1/4 cup sugar
04 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 beaten egg
07 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
08 - 2 cups milk

→ Decorations

09 - 12 fresh strawberries
10 - Whipped cream
11 - 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles, plus more for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Toss together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a big bowl till they're blended.
02 - Add the milk, oil, egg, and vanilla. Stir until you get a smooth batter, then fold in the holiday sprinkles gently.
03 - Warm up a greased griddle on medium heat. Pour batter in small pools, about 4 inches each. Flip when you see bubbles, and cook the other side to a golden finish.
04 - Top each pancake with a whipped cream swirl. Pop a strawberry in the middle and add more whipped cream at the top for a cute Santa hat look.
