04 - 2 cups milk
05 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt or add more if needed
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - A dash of red pepper flakes if you like heat (optional)

→ Optional Toppings

11 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar (or mix with mozzarella)
12 - Fresh parsley for sprinkles (optional)
13 - 4 large eggs, lightly scrambled

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Use some grease or oil on a pizza tray or baking sheet.
02 - Press biscuit dough flat and lay them in a circle to make the base. Pinch up the sides to form an edge, and brush with the melted butter.
03 - Bake for 10-12 minutes till the top is golden brown. Take them out and cool them.
04 - In a frying pan on medium, cook sausage till browned. Stir in flour to coat the sausage evenly.
05 - Slowly pour in milk while mixing. Sprinkle in all spices and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes, letting it thicken.
06 - In another pan, cook scrambled eggs till soft but not overcooked.
07 - Once the base has cooled, spread gravy over it evenly. Add eggs on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
08 - Pop it back in the oven for 5-7 minutes till the cheese gets nice and bubbly.
09 - Add some parsley on top (if you'd like). Slice and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Switch to turkey sausage if you want a leaner option.
02 - Chopped mushrooms or peppers make great add-ins.
03 - Bake the base a little longer for an extra crispy texture.
