Sausage Pan Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips about ¾ inch thick
02 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips about ¾ inch thick
03 - 1/2 yellow onion, cut into slices about ¾ inch thick
04 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
05 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
06 - One 20-ounce pack of mild Italian pork sausage, contains 5 links
07 - 5 toasted hoagie rolls

→ Honey Mustard Sauce

08 - 1/3 cup mayo
09 - 1 tablespoon honey
10 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon grainy mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F and move the rack to the middle spot.
02 - Toss the onion slices and bell pepper strips on a big rimmed baking sheet. Pour on the olive oil, sprinkle some salt, and mix so everything’s coated.
03 - Snuggle the sausage links between the veggies and roast for about 30 minutes, until they're heated or fully cooked if they’re raw links.
04 - Mix together the honey, mayo, mustard, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
05 - Place the sausages into the hoagie rolls, pile on the roasted veggies, and then drizzle the honey mustard sauce on top. Serve while it’s warm.
