01 - 1 pound peeled shrimp (or a mix of crab and lobster)
02 - 8 ounces elbow pasta

→ Sauce Base

03 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 2 cups full-fat milk
06 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
07 - 3 tablespoons white flour

→ Seasonings

08 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
09 - ½ teaspoon ground mustard
10 - 1 teaspoon powdered onion
11 - Salt and black pepper—adjust as needed

→ Cheese

12 - 1 cup grated mozzarella
13 - 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar
14 - ½ cup shredded Parmesan

→ Topping

15 - ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional add-on)
16 - Fresh parsley, chopped for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Cook macaroni in boiling salted water as directed on the bag. Drain and set aside when it's still firm to the bite.
02 - In a big pan on medium heat, warm up olive oil. Cook shrimp until it’s pink and cooked through, around 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan.
03 - Start by melting butter, then whisk in flour until it looks golden. Slowly add milk and cream while whisking so it thickens. Stir in seasonings along with the cheeses until it's melted and creamy.
04 - Put the cooked seafood and macaroni into the cheese mixture. Stir everything until combined evenly.
05 - Spread it in a greased 9x9 dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F until golden. Sprinkle parsley over the top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Mix and match different seafood types as you like
02 - Serve baked or straight from the pan—it’s up to you
03 - Slowly adding liquids stops clumps in the sauce
