Slow Cooker Chicken Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dip

01 - ½ cup diced celery
02 - ⅓ cup onion, finely diced
03 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
04 - 1 packet (1 ounce) taco spice mix
05 - 2 cups chicken, shredded and cooked
06 - 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
07 - 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
08 - 1 can (10¾ ounces) cream of chicken soup, condensed

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into a medium bowl and stir until it's all combined.
02 - Spoon the mixture into a slow cooker that holds at least 1½ quarts.
03 - Crank it to high for 2 hours, giving it a stir once in a while.
04 - Turn it down to low or warm so it's ready to serve anytime.

# Notes:

01 - Pairs well with chips or crackers.
02 - Rotisserie chicken works great for this.
