# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
05 - 1/2 cup melted butter

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

→ Mix-ins

09 - 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
10 - 1/2 cup halved mini marshmallows
11 - 1/2 cup small semisweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F. Heat the butter in the microwave for about 40 seconds until it's fully liquid.
02 - Blend the softened butter with both types of sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla, stirring until combined.
03 - Stir in the flour, salt, and baking soda gently until the dough just comes together. It should feel soft, not sticky.
04 - Mix in the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs, folding them into the dough.
05 - Scoop about 3 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-15 minutes until puffy and set.

# Notes:

01 - Both salted and unsalted butter work fine.
02 - You can use either dark or light brown sugar.
03 - Fluff or sift flour before measuring to get it right.
