Hot Honey Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fillets of salmon (6 oz or 170 grams each)
02 - 1/3 cup (80ml) spicy honey, warmed
03 - 3 chopped garlic cloves
04 - 2 tablespoons (30ml) of lemon juice
05 - 1 teaspoon (5g) of smoked paprika
06 - Salt and pepper, season to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 425°F (220°C) and get a baking tray lined with parchment ready.
02 - Combine the heated honey, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
03 - Arrange the salmon on the lined tray and spread the honey mix generously over each piece.
04 - Pop the salmon into the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes until the glaze is sticky and salmon breaks apart easily.
05 - Let the salmon sit for a couple of minutes before digging in.

01 - Fish will break apart easily when fully cooked.
02 - Feel free to adjust how spicy the honey is.
