Hot Honey Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Wings

01 - 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
02 - ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
03 - ½ tablespoon Potato Starch (or cornstarch)
04 - 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
05 - 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
06 - 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
07 - 1.5 lbs Chicken wings (about 12 pieces)
08 - ½ tablespoon Baking Powder (must be aluminum-free)

→ Hot Honey Sauce

09 - 4 tablespoon Hot Sauce
10 - 2 tablespoon Honey
11 - ⅛ teaspoon Salt (optional)
12 - 2 tablespoon Butter

# Instructions:

01 - If needed, separate the wings into flats and drumettes. Use paper towels to make sure they're super dry.
02 - Combine the dry seasonings in a bowl, then coat the wings evenly on all sides.
03 - Set temperature to 400°F and cook wings for 20 minutes. Flip them halfway through. Work in batches if there's not enough space.
04 - On low heat, melt the butter in a pan. Stir in the honey and hot sauce, letting it simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens.
05 - Coat the cooked wings in the honey butter sauce, tossing until every piece is covered.

# Notes:

01 - Works with an air fryer, oven, or deep fryer
02 - Patting wings dry makes them extra crispy
03 - Go with aluminum-free baking powder, not the soda kind
