In a big bowl, toss in the ground chicken, chopped spinach, cheddar, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until it looks evenly combined.

Split the mixture into 4 equal parts. Flatten each into a burger patty shape.

Warm a skillet on medium heat, pour in some olive oil, and cook the patties for about 6 minutes per side, or until their centers hit 165°F (75°C).
