Cheddar Spinach Chicken Burgers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Burger Mix

01 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
02 - 2 minced garlic cloves
03 - 1 lb ground chicken
04 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
05 - Salt and pepper as needed
06 - 1/4 cup diced onion
07 - Olive oil for frying
08 - 1 cup finely chopped spinach
09 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
10 - 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar

→ To Put Together

11 - 4 burger buns
12 - Extras you might like: sliced tomato, lettuce, or extra cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss in the ground chicken, chopped spinach, cheddar, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until it looks evenly combined.
02 - Split the mixture into 4 equal parts. Flatten each into a burger patty shape.
03 - Warm a skillet on medium heat, pour in some olive oil, and cook the patties for about 6 minutes per side, or until their centers hit 165°F (75°C).
04 - Move the burgers onto a plate and wait a couple of minutes before serving.
05 - Pop a patty on each bun, add your favorite toppings, and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Swap for gluten-free buns and breadcrumbs to skip gluten.
02 - You can grill these instead of frying.
03 - Leftovers hang tight for 3 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
