Strawberry Choco Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound strawberries, halved and stems removed
02 - 1 box brownie mix for 8x8 inch pan

→ Ganache

03 - ¾ cup heavy cream (can use up to 1 cup if needed)
04 - 1½ cups chocolate chips, semi-sweet

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package instructions to bake the brownie mix in an 8x8 inch pan. Let it cool fully before moving on.
02 - Place the halved strawberries on the brownies in one layer with the cut sides facing upward.
03 - Microwave the heavy cream and chocolate chips in short bursts, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth.
04 - Drizzle the warm ganache over the strawberries, then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to let it set. Best enjoyed within 24 hours.
