Strawberry Pound Cake Love (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Liquid Mix

01 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
02 - 4 large eggs at room temperature
03 - 1 cup of softened unsalted butter
04 - 1/2 cup of milk at room temperature
05 - 1 3/4 cups white sugar

→ Dry Mixture

06 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
08 - 2 1/2 cups of sifted all-purpose flour

→ Berry and Topper

09 - 1 1/2 cups of fresh, chopped strawberries (hulled)
10 - Dusting of powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Beat the butter with sugar until it turns creamy and light. Mix in one egg after another, making sure each is well combined before adding the next. Slowly blend in the vanilla.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients. Gradually fold them into your butter mix, switching off with milk — start and end with the dry!
03 - Carefully stir the strawberries into the batter, trying not to mash them up.
04 - Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan (greased and floured). Bake at 350°F for 60-70 minutes. Cover the top with foil if it’s browning too fast after 40 minutes.
05 - Let it sit in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Once fully cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar for extra sweetness before serving.
