Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.

Cut each biscuit into four smaller sections after separating.

Bake at 350°F until they’re golden, about 10-12 mins. Or use an air fryer at the same temp for 12-15 mins, shaking the basket halfway through.

Use melted butter to coat each biscuit piece. Toss them in the cinnamon sugar until they're fully covered. A zip bag can work for coating them all at once.

Serve warm on their own, or add whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, caramel, or ice cream.
