Sugar Biscuit Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup (200g) sugar, granulated
02 - ½ cup (113g) melted salted butter
03 - 2 tablespoons (18g) cinnamon, ground
04 - 1 (20 ounces/567g) can of chilled biscuits

# Instructions:

01 - Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
02 - Cut each biscuit into four smaller sections after separating.
03 - Bake at 350°F until they’re golden, about 10-12 mins. Or use an air fryer at the same temp for 12-15 mins, shaking the basket halfway through.
04 - Use melted butter to coat each biscuit piece. Toss them in the cinnamon sugar until they're fully covered. A zip bag can work for coating them all at once.
05 - Serve warm on their own, or add whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, caramel, or ice cream.

# Notes:

01 - Can be kept fresh for 2 days in a sealed container
02 - Freezing works, and you can warm them up again later
