Tater Tot Bacon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 green onions, finely sliced
02 - Sour cream for dipping, as needed
03 - 8 pieces of bacon, chopped small
04 - ½ cup grated cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
05 - 48 frozen tater tots

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the tater tot bag to bake them (around 28 minutes at 425°F), and flip them halfway through baking.
02 - Set the baked tater tots aside for a bit to cool so they're easy to handle.
03 - Slide about 4 to 6 tater tots onto each skewer and place them on a baking sheet that's lined with parchment paper.
04 - Scatter the cheese, crispy bacon pieces, and a portion of the sliced green onions over the tater tots.
05 - Pop them back in the oven for about 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted perfectly.
06 - Sprinkle on the rest of the diced green onions and enjoy with sour cream on the side.
