Thai Peanut Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Noodles

01 - 8 oz of rice noodles

→ Sauce

02 - 1/4 cup of smooth or chunky peanut butter
03 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
04 - 1 tbsp lime juice
05 - 1 tbsp honey
06 - 1 tsp sriracha
07 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
08 - 1 minced clove of garlic
09 - 1/4 cup of warm water

→ Garnish

10 - Fresh cilantro (optional)
11 - Green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
12 - Crushed peanuts

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package directions to cook rice noodles. Drain them once cooked, then leave them aside for now.
02 - Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and water together until smooth and combined.
03 - Stir the noodles into the sauce, making sure everything is evenly coated.
04 - Sprinkle chopped green onions, peanuts, and cilantro (if you'd like) on top. Serve right away.

# Notes:

01 - Store in the fridge for up to 2 or 3 days.
02 - Add a splash of soy sauce or water when warming up to keep it creamy.
03 - Adjust the amount of sriracha if you want more or less spice.
