Tuscan Creamy Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta Ingredients

01 - 1 lb cheese ravioli, organic
02 - 2 cups kale, roughly chopped
03 - 2 cups roasted tomatoes with herbs

→ Sauce Ingredients

04 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
05 - 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
06 - 1 ¼ cups heavy cream, organic
07 - ½ cup veggie broth
08 - 2 tablespoons dry white wine for cooking
09 - 1-2 tablespoons Tuscan seasoning mix
10 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
11 - ½ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the ravioli based on the package. Takes 4-5 minutes usually.
02 - Melt butter and cook garlic till aromatic. Toss in the Tuscan herb mix.
03 - Pour in cream, broth, wine, and lemon. Let it bubble and thicken, then stir in cheese.
04 - Mix in roasted tomatoes and kale. Cook just enough to warm through.
05 - Combine the cooked ravioli with the sauce. Make sure everything's evenly coated. Eat immediately!
