Velvet Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Mixture

01 - 1 box of red velvet mix
02 - Ingredients listed on the box for the cake

→ Inner Layer

03 - 16 oz of softened cream cheese
04 - 4 tbsp of soft butter
05 - 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
06 - 2 cups of crumbled graham crackers
07 - 1 tsp of vanilla essence

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F. Use instructions on the red velvet box to bake the cake in two 8-inch pans.
02 - Let the baked cake cool fully, then break it into fine crumbs like sand. If it's sticky, let it dry in the oven for 5-6 minutes at 350°F.
03 - Combine butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and airy. Stir in crushed graham crackers and vanilla.
04 - Roll the mixture into little balls, smooth them out, and cool for about an hour. Coat the cold balls with the cake crumbs.
