Hibachi Zucchini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Veggies

01 - 1 medium onion
02 - 2 medium zucchinis
03 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
04 - 1 teaspoon minced ginger

→ Flavorings

05 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
06 - 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
08 - ½ teaspoon table salt
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
10 - ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Slice zucchini into sticks about 2-3 inches long and ½-inch thick. Cut onion into quarters, then slice into chunks about ½-inch wide.
02 - In a wok or large pan, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it starts to shimmer.
03 - Cook the onion pieces for around 2 minutes until they soften. Toss in the garlic and ginger, stirring for about half a minute.
04 - Add the zucchini pieces and stir-fry them for 4 to 5 minutes, letting them brown slightly while stirring every now and then.
05 - Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until everything’s tender with a bit of crisp.
