Protein Banana Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Mix

01 - ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain)
02 - 3 bananas, sliced and ripe
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - ½ cup unflavored protein powder (2 scoops)
05 - 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
06 - 2 tablespoons honey

→ Extras

07 - Slices of bananas
08 - Wafers (vanilla flavor)
09 - Whipped topping
10 - Little sprigs of mint for decor

# Instructions:

01 - Pop cottage cheese, yogurt, honey, protein powder, banana slices, and vanilla into a blender. Blend it well, but don’t overdo it or it'll get too thin.
02 - Fill jars by layering banana pudding, wafers, cream, and banana slices if you like.
03 - Chill in the fridge for a couple hours or dig in right away.

# Notes:

01 - Cut bananas smaller so blending is easier.
02 - Don’t blend too much or it gets too runny.
03 - You can tweak the protein powder to your taste.
