Cookie Dough S'mores Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1 egg
04 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
08 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
09 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

→ Ice Cream Base

10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
12 - 2 cups heavy cream
13 - 1 cup whole milk

→ S'mores Elements

14 - 1/2 cup chocolate chunks or bars
15 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
16 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Beat the butter with both sugars for a few minutes until it’s smooth and fluffy. Blend in the vanilla and the egg. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients and gently stir in the chocolate chips.
02 - Wrap the dough snugly in plastic and pop it in the fridge for half an hour or until firm.
03 - Whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s directions to churn it.
04 - Mix the finished ice cream with pieces of chilled cookie dough and crumbled graham crackers.
05 - Flatten the ice cream mixture into a 1/2-inch-thick rectangle on parchment paper. Sprinkle the top with marshmallows and chocolate pieces.
06 - Roll the ice cream mixture carefully into a long log using the parchment paper. Wrap it tightly and freeze for at least four hours or leave it overnight.
