Seafood Stuffed Peppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 4 bell peppers, any color, large size

→ Seafood & Cheese

03 - 1 cup small shrimp, cooked and chopped
04 - 1 cup flaked crab meat, already cooked
05 - ½ cup mozzarella, shredded
06 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened
07 - ¼ cup Parmesan, grated

→ Seasonings

08 - ½ teaspoon optional cayenne for heat
09 - Salt and pepper, to your taste
10 - 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
11 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay spice mix
12 - 2 finely chopped green onions
13 - 2 minced garlic cloves
14 - ½ teaspoon paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 375°F. Trim the tops off the peppers, toss out the seeds, drizzle olive oil over them, and arrange them in a baking dish.
02 - Stir the cream cheese until smooth with mozzarella and Parmesan. Add in shrimp, crab, garlic, onions, and all the seasonings.
03 - Stuff each pepper equally with the seafood mix. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
04 - Take off the foil and broil the peppers for 3 to 5 minutes until the tops turn golden. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - All colors of bell peppers work fine
02 - Seafood can be fresh or pre-cooked
03 - For more spice, add extra cayenne
