Cream Cheese Hawaiian Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Rolls

01 - 12 soft Hawaiian rolls (1 pack)
02 - 6 tablespoons melted salted butter
03 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
04 - 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

→ Cream Cheese Filling

05 - 1 block (8 oz) softened cream cheese
06 - 2 tablespoons regular sugar
07 - 1 egg, large

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and grease a large 9x13 dish to stop sticking.
02 - Carefully carve out small squares on top of the rolls and scoop out a portion of bread. Leave the bottoms whole.
03 - Whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Generously coat the tops and insides of the rolls with it.
04 - Blend cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Stir in sugar and egg until it's creamy and smooth.
05 - Spoon the cream cheese mix into the openings of each roll. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the tops are golden and the filling is firm.
