Set your oven to 375°F and grease a large 9x13 dish to stop sticking.

Carefully carve out small squares on top of the rolls and scoop out a portion of bread. Leave the bottoms whole.

Whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Generously coat the tops and insides of the rolls with it.

Blend cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Stir in sugar and egg until it's creamy and smooth.

Spoon the cream cheese mix into the openings of each roll. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the tops are golden and the filling is firm.
