Meatball Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Little Sandwiches

01 - 12 pre-cooked meatballs
02 - 12 soft Hawaiian rolls
03 - 1 to 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
04 - 1 cup to 1½ cups marinara sauce

→ Buttery Coating

05 - ¼ cup melted butter
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs
08 - 2 tablespoons of parmesan, grated finely

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 350°F. Coat the inside of a 9x13 baking dish lightly with butter.
02 - In the dish, lay down the roll bottoms. Set one meatball on each roll, spoon over marinara, and sprinkle generously with mozzarella.
03 - Combine the melted butter, dried herbs, grated parmesan, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
04 - Place the top half of the rolls onto the meatballs. Pour the prepared butter mix evenly over the rolls.
05 - Cover dish with foil and bake for about 12 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes until cheese is gooey and rolls are golden on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can use frozen or homemade meatballs, both work fine.
02 - Perfect snack option for parties or watching the game.
