Gooey S’mores Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 oz pack of King's Hawaiian sweet rolls
02 - 2 cups of mini marshmallows (approximately 3 ounces)
03 - 1 1/3 cups of chocolate chips—milk or semi-sweet work great

→ Extra Toppings

04 - Crushed graham cracker (1 sheet works perfectly)
05 - A sprinkle of flaky sea salt
06 - 1 tbsp butter (melted and ready to go)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your grill to stay at a low temperature—around 300°F to 325°F. If you're using a charcoal grill, ensure one side has cooler coals, almost burned out.
02 - Carefully cut the rolls horizontally so that the tops and bottoms remain attached. Lay them on a foil piece that's placed on a baking tray.
03 - Start with spreading 2/3 of the chocolate chips on the bottom rolls. Add marshmallows next, then sprinkle the last bit of chocolate on top.
04 - Transfer the foil with everything on it to your preheated grill. Close the lid and let it cook for about 4-10 minutes. Keep an eye out for the chocolate to melt and marshmallows to soften.
05 - Put the top rolls back on. Brush them with melted butter, then sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and sea salt if you'd like. Serve while it's still warm!

# Notes:

01 - Should be eaten within an hour for the best taste
02 - You can swap chocolate chips with chopped chocolate bars
03 - Keep an eye on it—don’t let it burn
