Set your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment, leaving extra hanging over the edges for easy lifting. Coat the paper and pan lightly with non-stick spray.

Use a small pan over medium heat or a microwave to melt the butter and chocolate together until smooth. Let it cool down for a few minutes.

In another bowl, beat together sugar, Nutella, eggs, and vanilla. Slowly mix in the cooled chocolate and butter until it’s all smooth.

Stir coconut flakes, cocoa, flour, and salt together. Gently fold this into the wet batter without overdoing it. Pour into your lined pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is firm.
