S’mores Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
02 - 1 teaspoon of baking soda
03 - 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
04 - 2 cups of regular flour
05 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1/2 cup of white sugar
08 - 1 cup of soft, unsalted butter
09 - 1 cup of packed light brown sugar
10 - 1 cup of milk chocolate chips

→ Toppings

11 - 2 cups of tiny marshmallows
12 - 4 sheets of graham crackers
13 - 4 to 5 ounces of milk chocolate in bar form

# Instructions:

01 - Whip up your butter and sugars until they're fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla, blending well. Stir in the flour, soda, salt, and graham crumbs. Finally, mix in chocolate chips, then let it chill an hour.
02 - Set your oven to 350°F. Break chocolate bars into chunks and snap graham crackers into smaller pieces.
03 - Drop about 1½ to 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-11 minutes until golden at the edges.
04 - Once cookies are out of the oven, top them with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham pieces. Broil the marshmallows for 1-2 minutes if you'd like them toasted.

01 - Chilling the dough for at least one hour is essential
02 - Broiling marshmallows gives them a toasted look and taste
